I have exactly the same model, and i replaced the standard HDD with a 250 GB
Seagate Barracuda, works like a charm. I bought an external exlosure with
firewire, put the 250GB drive in it, and used Carbon copy cloner to copy
everything to it, then changed the drives (it is a bit of work, i think
there's a good description on XLR8yourmac on how to do that), and it's
perect so far.
