When I have video problems, I have found that reinstalling Java, Adobe
flash player or Quicktime player solves the problem most of the time.
(for OSX) Click on the apple and run the updates that will install the
latest versions of Java, Itunes, quicktime player etc (Not Adobe Flash
Player). For OS9 go to www.apple.com and download Itunes again. I
think this will download the apple updater (I could be wrong), then
run the apple updater if it's possible.
