Everything looks fine, everything was working fine when I had WEP turned
on. Then I changed the SSID and used WPA.

It only happens when the Mac is first switched on, but not all the time.
No, it never happens after sleep and I have automatic login so never have
logged in manually.

By random I mean it will be fine for two or three days, working fine and
auto connecting on start up and then the next day it will not.

I haven't looked in the system log.

I have three other Macs (all running Tiger) and they never have this
problem.

It would help to have some basic config.

This *only* occurs when the Mac is freshly booted? It never occurs
after sleep or login?

What do you mean by "randomly"?

The various settings all look correct?

The location set-up - does it include just wireless or other options also?

What does it say in the system log?
