I have tried with ATT for over a 18 months with the same issue as you. July of 08 was the last time I talked to them. I dreaded even talking them to them. I would try every 3 months. They hung up on me in July. In October I went to another IP. ATT is still billing me for service I wrote them I do not want. I suggest-- GET OUT, somehow.

I switched from Comcast to [email protected] have talked to a...@t twice but
cannot seem to get my emails through the Apple email program. I have
changed all the items they suggest.
I can access the emails only through the a...@t home page? I have
a G3 b...@w with 10.3.9,a Power G4 with 10.4 .
