I also bought a refill toner from them, and the 'operation' went fairly smooth (first time doing it on TN-350).It was a bit messy as they highly recommend that you completely deplete the old/original toner (or some trouble may ensue), and the fine particles get into all known crevices - the vacuum cleaner almost got clogged...
I have yet to test the cartridge, but the refill was cheap (U$11 with tax & S&H vs. $40 for a refilled cartridge, $60-80 for OEM), arrived promptly and went into the cartridge in a few minutes.
