The results you pasted aren't overly useful - the account from which 
you ran the find didn't have access to all your files.  To give it 
that access, you need to run it from an admin account, and prefix it 
with "sudo".

I've gone nutz, loading up music and such recently.  I like that 
iTunes will tell you your total in DAYS! :)

It means nothing - since it's just a bunch of permission denied messages.

If you're trying to clean up your machine, why not run a tool like 
OnyX?  Use it to run the three maintenance scripts, then clear all 
the caches.  See how far that gets you...
