Start a Windows system up with a USB mouse, it will recognize it. hut it down, move the mouse to a different port, Windows has to go through the whole process again. Gobsmackingly stupid. The Mac will immediately recognize any mouse plugged in. (I've done this to test USB mice. I know that both mice work, never tried to move both at once to see what happened. :-) -- Bruce Johnson University of Arizona College of Pharmacy Information Technology Group Institutions do not have opinions, merely customs --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to Low End Mac's iMac List, a group for those using G3, G4, G5, and Intel Core iMacs as well as Apple eMacs.
