have you gone into network in sys pref and configured settings? If you still
cant, and have wireless at home, you can by a wireless adapter for it, like
the planex us-54pro.
I am using wireless with that adapter on my mac g3 to write this message!
works very well. If you do get wireless, when you go to network in syspref,
a message should pop up to say if you would like to enable your wireless
adapter - click yes, and everything should work when connecting to network
with third-party program.

Po-en.
