well call me silly but "@skylands.ibmwr.org" is not "@gmail.com"

Since you say that your gmail address echoes back through the list, I
would expect to see gmail in the address you posted from

so far you have only posted from non-gmail addresses, Tom
that does not show your gmail account echoing back to itself


I am not trying to be contrary, I would really like to see your
"@gmail.com" address echoed back to itself, but so far you havent
shown that happening
