Some of the 1.25's suffer from those capacitor problems, but it also seems that the 1 Ghz's may too. After doing some researching, I believe that every eMac may have this problem, but the 1.25 has a way higher chance of suffering from it. You should be safest with a 700 or 800 Mhz, or 1.42 Ghz.
