The web site shows this note:
"NOTE: TM Error Logger must be run from an account with admin
privileges.
This is required to read the system log. No system files are modified
and no privileges are changed by the program."

Will TM Error Logger show the error information while one is logged
into a User account?

Could we find the same information by going into the System log
manually?  Must one log into Admin to do this manually?
