It should be. I believe the power supply and monitor connections are
the same. Check BEFORE you start tearing out the MoBo though.

The 350Mhz Indigo didn't have Firewire, which means that there won't
be any place for the ports to fit on this particular Mac (I dunno if
the port bezzel is a replacemen part, maybe somebody else knows).

I'm not entirely sure it's worth it though. Contrast the PITA of
opening up the computer, trying not to kill yourself on the CRT, and
swapping out the parts... against the fact that you might be able to
source a working iMac cheaply will the MoBo you want. Swapping out the
HD and optical drive is a far easier operation (although still
involves a fair amount of disassembly), and RAM upgrades are stupidly
easly thanks to that little access "hatch" near the back.

Interestingly, there have also been some people who managed to create
colors that otherwise wouldn't exist (such as 700Mhz "Ruby" iMacs and
whatnot), but I think they mainly swapped plastics.
