Quite speedy. > Quick answer YES!!!!! Something to consider; Looking at a CRT --- you are looking AT a light source [I.E. light bulb, Sun, and similar. The eyeball isn't all that happy handling High Intensity image information [ looking AT light bulb, Sun, etc.] You CAN BURN OUT YOUR Retinas. My advice to users has always been --- Intensity as low (dim) as possible while still seeing the 'on-screen' information.
