Sorry to have caused some confusion.
I have _both_ a 350mhz Slot load blueberry, and a 266 mhz tray loader
(what I assumed was a bondai, but have now been corrected as it is
also a blueberry).
the unofficial maximum for the 266 tray loader is 512 (just tested it,
had to dig some ram out of an old laptop to test it.).
I'll look into some freebsd.
