replacement Hard Drive

I would like to replace the hard drive on the graphite g3 Imac I got off ebay.  
It's the original model.  Is ultra ATA hard drive and IDE hard drives the same 
thing.  Can I get a replacement at Wally World?  I live in the northwoods.  You 
can't get there from here.
