I spent some time looking for one for a Powerbook 190. It has a 16 bit pcmcia slot and the same problem existed. All I could find were wireless b, no G. I am not sure if its a technical hurder, i.e. something about wireless G needs 32bit, or people stopped making 16 bit cards before G became common.
