I never said they were wrong to buy Mac's, no reason to be defensive

I like Macs, they run Linux great (as OSX shows)
I like my computers to be personal, what I choose, instead of what
Steve Jobs tells me I need.

My taste informs me about what I want. If you want to group me in with the mac faithful, go ahead... but to infer that I buy stuff only on Steve's say-so is really off the mark... so in fact you are actually flaming, like those trolls who say that people who buy Macs are automatically stupid and can't make rational decisions.

Btw I've never purchased a brand-new mac, nor do I have any iStuff, including so much as an iPod. I have 12 macs (since 1996) and just 2 months ago got my first G5 at 1/10 the cost of the original price.
