I have this exact model (except mine only has 1gb of RAM), and it works great. The only problem I have had with it is that the slot loading CD drive became misaligned, causing the disc to jam against the inside of the case unless I guide it out with an index card. Judging by the reactions of the people at the Genius Bar, however, I don't think this is a very common problem.
