What everyone seems to be missing is the fact that the iTunes 10 UI VIOLATES Apple's own guidelines in that ALL applications have to present the same UI as the Mac OS.

I didn't mind the new application icon (reminds me of OnyX, Stainless, Network Utility, Time Machine, etc.) but the gray icons on gray background in the Source pane is asinine. The window not having a title made it hard to identify when "windowshaded", and the r-y-g buttons being vertical made the top frame of the window thicker, taking up usable space.
