Al, I went to the site you mentioned, and like many other websites, the
security stuff comes in when you go towards the checkout.
So although you enter at
http://www.tracfone.com/
when you put in your shipping and billing info and make your purchase
you are in a secure zone:
https://www.tracfone-orders.com/blahblah/....
