Hello all. I was recently given an original bondi 233 imac. I upgraded ram to 256mb. I have installed Kubuntu 5.04. I have the discs to install os 9.2.2. Has anyone tried, or know of the best solution for viewing the internet (thru ethernet). I own multiple macs and this is my first lowend G3 desktop. I know its going to be a pain for youtube, but mostly Im curious about facebook and some of the games (farmville, cityville). Basically looking for best bang for buck here. I am writing this on a G4 1.25 Emac 2GB ram, 10.5.8 with tenfourfox 8. I also found on ebay a 333mhz processor for 10.00. Will it make any difference to spend the 10 bucks? Thank you all so much.
