Given what's in cat puke...probably.

You can try washing it off with distilled water and letting it dry VERY 
thoroughly, but these thin keyboards are glued together, making them extremely 
difficult to clean, and susceptible to damage from corrosive or conductive 
gunk. When I clean off mine I use a paper towel dampened with a little 
isopropyl alcohol or if they're particularly grungy a spritz of Formula 409, 
and holding tit upside down, gently scrub them key by key.

Even so I've had them malfunction after wards until whatever liquid gets into 
the circuit evaporates.

They're nice keyboards, I love 'em, but they are a pain to clean.
