Dear Carlos,
I think that the factors that you use to explain the success of
Amazon.com are quite right. However, I guess that the success of
Amazon.com come from its sales in USA. Therefore I wonder, Are not most of
the books that Amazon.com sell easily reacheable by US public, or are
there difficult to find on physical book stores.
Where could I get that data?
