[IMAFDI-E] Relationship Marketing on the Net for Museums

Hi everyone,   my name is Alima and I'm currently working on that subject for my Degree (University of Milan). More specifically, I'm surveying Museum's Websites to see how they perform their service, I will be placing an online questionnaire to track down the visitors' features... and so on!   What I'm really interested in, is to figure out differences of behaviour among those Internauts, in order to implement a differentiated relationship marketing strategy, helpful to win their loyalty.   Whenever anyone feels interested in that subject or is working on sthg related to it, or anyway feels like giving me some advice, I would be *very* glad about it!!!   Thank you Alima
