Marketing on the internet is a new area to work in
though it follows same principles they need to be seen
from a different perspective.
Internet has come up to be the fastest growing media
on the histoty and it is expected to be the prime in a
few years time. In North America and countries in
Europe the e-commerce has been developed now.
But for example like India where I come from the
Internet is trying hard to make a mark.
I would suggest you that first take into consideration
that how much developed is the Intenet and then you
can start working on the topic.
There is a lot of work required in all the areas of
marketing on the Internet.
I personally feel that it is the strategy that will
include the whole Marketing Plan - promotion and
relashionship marketing etc because one problem that
all web promoters are facing is how to bring back the
customer to the site, so I will suggest you work in
this area. This will really help you in understanding
and predicting the market for internet and its
services.
I am sorry that I do not have the soft coopy of the

Marketing Tips has a lot of Articles on different
areas you can get information for and Ecommerce Times
is a 'news on e-commerce' site you will have to look
through to find the righ article because I read a few
articles on the statistics of e-commerce development.
