Alex,
I wrote a wavelet package for LabVIEW a number of years ago.  The code I based 
it on was from the Stanford Statistics dept.  They have a software package 
(free download at the time) written in Matlab that can be easily translated to 
other languages.  I had to dig around for the wavelet coefficients, which might 
be easier these days (perhaps automatic generation).  Here is the link to this
