I am under the impression that you are preparing the array in the wrong way: not only you need to have a 480x640 matrix for 640x480 image, but it also have to be transposed correctly. Also, if you need luminance only why wouldn't you just use the grayscale mode? -- Sincerely yours, Yury V.
