Unfortunately, I do not have much time to spend on this issue. So if you want
me to help you, you *must* put an effort into making the problem very, very
easy for me to reproduce (otherwise I would spend all the time I have to spare
on trying to reproduce it and not even manage that!). I simply do not even have
two hours to work on this.
For starters, I need to know on which operating system you work. I also would
need to know what your updater says regarding how up-to-date your system is.
This information would have been provided automatically had you reported the
bug as suggested by Help>Report a Bug.
Then I also need a small example image with which this happens. And then I will
need an exact step-by-step list how to reproduce the issue (we have a lot of
videos, even about the Segmentation Editor, and you did not provide anything
like a URL or some such and even then it is asking a bit much to suggest
watching the video and guess which operation failed).
