Hi Jan, > where can I find documentation e.g. for imagej-common?
We recently restructured the ImageJ2 project in preparation for the initial 2.0.0 release this June, and the automatic Javadoc generation was not updated to match. I have now taken some steps to update it, so the ImageJ2 javadocs are now available at: http://jenkins.imagej.net/job/ImageJ-javadoc/javadoc/ That still does not include every single class, but does include all of the core ImageJ2 and SciJava Common API. When I have some time later, I'll update that link to aggregate even more projects into a single unified Javadoc [1].
