Since it is on 'master', Jenkins built a version that you can use: http://jenkins.imagej.net/view/SciJava/job/SciJava-common/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/target/scijava-common-2.18.2-SNAPSHOT.jar I also adjusted the example: to make use of the fix, you want to use the 'scijava-common-snapshot' branch of https://github.com/dscho/eclipse-scijava-project I sincerely hope this helps!
