With SCIFIO active, I go to import image sequence and select TIF files. Prior
to each tif file being imported, there is a long "initializing" time.
Something that normally takes a couple of seconds was dragging on for minutes
before I force quit Imagej.
Inactivation of SCIFIO returns import speed to normal
