Make sure you have the following <repositories> block in your POM: <repositories> <repository> <id>imagej.public</id> <url>http://maven.imagej.net/content/groups/public</url> </repository> </repositories> Then rebuild with the "-U" flag. I don't know how to do this from NetBeans, but you only need to do it once from the CLI -- then you can return to NetBeans and it should work.
