Hi Curtis/ ImageJ developers, we made a release version of John Bogovic's port of ITK's thin plate spline transform. The implementation is small but spans already two repositories top separate TrakEM2/ ImageJ related code from the core.
The repositories are core https://github.com/saalfeldlab/jitk-tps and TrakEM2 https://github.com/saalfeldlab/trakem2-tps Is it possible to have both artifacts at maven.imagej.net? That would be awesome.
