Greetings Richard,

do you have an idea what "remove clumps" could result in?

What do you expect to see instead of these clumps: zero or clipped intensity?

Regards

Herbie

I have a user working with bacteria (fluorescently labeled). I need to remove
clumps with very high-intensity values, andI am looking for a way to retain
the lower intensities.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
