Dear all, Following a private discussion with Michael, it came out that I had generated the Point ROIs by using a macro code and omitted to add the line "Roi.setPosition(slice);" before adding a given ROI to the ROI Manager. By adding this line to my code, everything works fine. Sorry for the inconvenience! My best regards, Philippe

When I then browse through all these different ROIs, they are nicely drawn on the corresponding slice. But in the case I save all these ROIs in a zip file, close the ROI Manager and open again the zip file containing these saved Point ROIs, their slice positions are gone. Please note that this issue is only the case for Point ROIs, which means that in the case I add for example some rectangular ROIs within my list of ROIs before saving it, the slice postions of these rectangular ROIs are correctly retrieved.
