I was at the University site in the UK, and tried to use ImageJ
Help->Update ImageJ and found that it failed to download the latest ij.jar.

I believe this to be because the site has blocked HTTP access and insists
on HTTPS at least when used from within ImageJ.

I got around the problem by using a browser to download the latest
ij.jar and installed it manually but it is going to flumox some users!

Can someone confirm if this is the case and let me know if there is likely
to be a fix so that ImageJ tries HTTPS if HTTP fails?
