Ok, I have found what's causing the problem (I think) now I need to know how
to fix it. The problem seems to be when there is an ' in the name like
O'Hare. This is on my test machine now with only a few accounts (that worked
with the old templates). I need to know what to do before I update the
production server.

After moving to KillerWeb templates I have some users that the address won't
show up in the address book. When I first installed these templates I didn't
have any data in the common address book file "config_CommonAddrBook.cgi" (I
removed all the names and just saved the file). I then added one name and
address in the file and I thought that fixed everything because I could then
see my personal address in the address book (along with the common address).
I now have some accounts that still don't display the address. In IE 5.5 the
address book is completely empty. In Netscape 4.72 it will display the
common address only. I can try to add a name in the address book (from the
browser) and it still is empty. I can look on the server in the alias.txt
file and can see the name I just added. Any suggestions.
