It is used on so many great sites.
I for one would love this sort of forum. It makes it so much easier to go
back and research a particular problem, much easier than searching a
listserver archive. You may find that in the end it'll prove to be much
easier to provide support. It also facilitates interaction with other users
on topics that may be slightly of topic.
