Andrew,
We are using the Microsoft Registry Access 1.0 component:

fault.asp
We recompiled it (comes with source code) with VC++ so it has a different
name and set security on the new DLL so it can only be used by the NT user
that our specific site runs under since it could be VERY dangerous in the
wrong hands.
