Use multiple signup forms (ezsignup.html), and point them (via the <form>
tag's action parameter) to multiple action templates (ezsignup-action.asp)
that reference customized config files (ezsignup-config.asp) that you've
translated.
Or write a whole bunch more custom ASP code in ezsignup-action.asp that
references customized config files depending on the domain chosen.
