Using form mail, either aspmail or form2mail.cgi with a program alias for the list you 
can set it up very quickly.  There is a knowledge base article at ipswitch on how to 
set up a program alias that is associated with adding and removing users to a list.  
Then simply create a small form that creates an email to that alias and your in 
business
