Ron,

I've actually moved KWMimages to my web server IIS directory and the
performance seemed to have improved.

The WEB server is a different machine to that of the Mail server where Imail
reside.  Will there be any impact by the fact that the WEB server is on a
different machine (though connected on the same (10/100 Meg Lan segment)?
Should I create an IIS page on the imail server instead and would this help?
