My tech support calls are addressed the exact same way (the ipswitch support black hole), I feel your pain however you guys should be glad the wed process stays up for you to have a broken calendar!!!

I have been persuing a bug in the calendaring software for the last 3 months and they have NOT resolved it yet. It's quite a simple little glitch. If you have a recurring event over DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME then it screws up the time by an hour the day it crosses. This is REALLY REALLY BAD. What's worse is that they are not resolving it in a timely manner, despite me having chatted with Eric S (lead guru) directly about this problem.
