We have had that happen a couple of times as well. I was able to correct it by backing up all the files in the users directory. Then I deleted the user in the Imail Administrator program and re-created the user and copied back their information.
I don't know what causes it, but I am pretty sure that it is an Imail problem and has nothing to do with the KVM templates. Lee C. We have made sure that we fixed the exclamation point bug in the butontxt.ini file, and we have also added the new browers to the registry with the new browsers.reg file.
