Exactly my concerns. The support from Ron and his "cronies" as you put it, has made this outstanding product, all the more attractive! I worry that IPSwitch, as much as I like their mail server, will not be as responsive and caring as the folks here at HKSI. So Ron, can you build in your philosophy of customer support and personal attention with the folks you will be handing off to?:) Also, will you all be focusing more on the helpdesk set, or do you have another big project in the works, that you can discuss?
