Not  to  doubt that it works for you, but # of accounts is irrelevant.
Real  usage of all services is the counter here, and it's a sure thing
that  you're seeing a lot less traffic than many others, what with IIS
behaving  on  the same box! One also needs to determine which services
will  be  available  in  the  first  place,  as HTTP, HTTPS, and IMAP4
consume  a  lot  more  local resources than POP3 and SMTP and thus are
better left disabled if there is a choice.

Also,  RAID  5 is not right for a mail server--good reason to have two
or  more  controllers,  with RAID 1 for mail functions. To really size
such  a  dual-purpose  box  correctly,  it's necessary to have traffic
projections, then overbid.
