I have Imail 7.12 installed and am getting a similar problem as described in http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20010913-DM01.htm ("A user reported a problem attaching a file to a message via the Web Messaging Compose Page. After selecting a file and clicking on the ">>Attach>>" button the Compose page refreshed and still no files appeared in the attachment list." I've had a few users with this problem, but not every user)
However, that article says the problem is particular to versions prior to 7.05 or that it is related to .tmp files in the user's directory.
