I have a single user (I am running iMail 7.13, KWB latest version), who when they start a new message form KWM, the To: field isn't listed correctly. The To: is listed on the top of the box by the Addresses field, with no text entry box, and if clicked upon it will open the address book. This user is running W2K IE 5.5 SP2. I can duplicate her problems on a W2K box running either IE 5.5 or 6.0, if I log into another account on the same machine the To: field is fine. Also if I log onto her account with a Mac OS X machine running IE 5.2 the problem disappears.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?
