Okay, my bad. I should have checked further with my time problem. Even though the computer time was correct, I was able to get the time on the clients machine to display properly by quitting IE and restarting. Sorry for not trying this before I sent the help request.
I am still having problems with one client (W2K IE 6) having the mail message template not properly displaying the To: field. Any help on this one would be appreciated!
