I upgraded an imail 6.x version to 7.13 last night. All went well without any problems. The first attempt to login to KWM alerted me to the butontxt.ini issue with ! characters. I corrected that problem and logged in successfully. Today upon doing further testing I have some further issues.
I can login OK, and the message titles appear OK in the upper window, but the bottom window is blank. Double clicking on the message to open it up, opens up a blank window. Any message sent from KWM contains no body, subject is OK, but no body copy. I looked for patches specifically for 7.13, but could only find this patch for 7.11 http://support.answertrack.com/default.asp?kb=885 I did install this patch. How can I tell what version KWM I have and what I need to upgrade to fix these problems?
